Bruschetta was auctioned in the Juried Art Gallery for Maine MBPN 2008 Great TV Auction

1 lb ripe Tomatoes
2 sm cloves minced Garlic
Salt and fresh Pepper
10 Basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cp diced Green Onion
1/4 cp diced Green Pepper
1/3 cp Olive Oil
1 loaf French Baguette Bread
Olive Oil for brushing
Combine tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, onion, pepper and oil. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Slice bread, brush with olive oil, and toast under broiler until golden brown. To serve, place vegetable mixture and juice on bread and press down lightly.

All prints are signed, matted and framed in an 8x10 frame.
